I think the nine is not curled enough. Should point to the 3 o'clock position. Just a guess honestly.

The serif of the mintmark matches and the inner curve of the 9 points to 3 o'clock. I'd like to see a picture of LIBERTY.

Looks like a winner to me. A pic of Liberty would seal the deal.

The liberty was pretty crisp. I think it's a large date now.

The "7" doesn't look quite high enough.
A picture of the other side of the face would help.
The "E" should be weak up top.
