Today's meager finds at a pounded park

It was raining this morning so work was cancelled. By noon the rain had subsided and I thought I'd try hunting a park hoping for gold rings or something.
about 3 hrs of hunting produced about a dollar in clad, some junk jewelry, modern bullet, a few whatsits ,a small magnetic bead, a marble and a small chain with some plastic rings on it that graduate from small to larger...anyone know what it is?
