Nice finds. The box I ordered to be in today, was not, they did not even order it. Picked up $240 of halves at 2 banks. Zilch...Nada....Nothingizimo!

LJ, i see you passed another milestone,2000 silver halves. WTG. I think it's safe to say you're leading the rest of us in found silver this year.

You're a hoot! LOL "I'm just having fun...." You must have a lot of self control because I would bouncing off the walls and obsessed and possessed if I found 2000+ silver halves. ROFL Don't mind me, I'm like a little child when I find a shiny silver halve.

You do give a lot of us more incentive to get out and keep looking. It's not like we aren't crazy already but to look at and read about your post is inspiring. Yes it is a lot of FUN!!!

Congratulations!!!!! Btw, your stacks of silver look so pretty,making mental note for upcomming photos.

You sure have had super good luck in getting 2000 silver halfs since, when the middle of January, I think.......
You are doing great..

What coin are you going to try next?? I read where you tried some pennies.



My brother and I used to do the CRH back in the late 60's and early 70's. I was getting dimes, and he was getting quarters to fill up coin albums.
I got all but the 1921's and the 16D in the Mercs..about 4 sets, and 5 silver sets of the Roosy dimes complete.
I stopped in the 70's.....

and got into car stuff for 20 years, never tried CRH since.


With TxTim around here ( I have been detecting with him and some others) I don't think I have a chance getting any good coins CRHing

Great job, LJ. All I can say is that it's a good thing that finding silver is not graded on a curve like some of the tests I took in high school, because you would be the one kid that would kill the grades for everyone else!!
