Today was dreary to say the least.Cool with wind driven rain squalls.
I took advantage of the lack of outdoor enthusiasts and hit the local swimming holes for some undistracted treasure hunting.Did three swim areas in 6 1/2 hours time.
First site produced 4 rings and a couple coins. Second site...two rings and a boat load of pennies (37 today....54 one week ago....same spot). Third site...4 rings(lost one??) and a couple other junk pieces of jewelry. found almost no garbage...odd.
Well, heres the goods......

Super Awesome Day!! :o Love those rings.....I love hunting in bad weather too......lots of privacy! :) (But I do tend to mumble to myself.....What am doing out here in this mess!) Well, unless I'm finding goodies like you did. Yeah, like that ever happens. ::)

HH,
Moon

WOW!!!! Nice haul indeed! Love the Reale ring! :)

Good Lord!!! look at all that gold, OK I am sold I will try some swimming holes, but can some define a swimming hole, is that like a small unknown beach on a lake or a public beach? This may seem like a dumb question but I am not sure where to start.

wow, great finds on those rings, man that reale ring is a heavy duty hunk of treasure. nice digs!

Might be a small town beach, might be a bend in a creek with a rope in a tree.Anywhere people frolic in the water...there will be something.

Super cool rings and things, nice hunting, Congrats!

Good luck,
HH.

Wherever the people are is where you want to be.....I dont dive , so neck deep is my limit, however, most of my finds come from shoreline to waist deep. If you dont have a water detector, hunt as deep as your shaft length will allow. Many rings...especially womens, are lost right at the shoreline where someone might be playing with thier kids or rinsing thier hands.

W :o W, those are some awesome rings & things. Congrats on your finds

 RR

Cool, i will definitely try, my coil goes crazy if i stick it in the water so it must have a hole in it. So I will wrap a garbage bag around it up to the brain box and hopefull that will work. Thanks for the info

Unbelievable haul of jewelry! :o :o :o :headbang:
