Token, having a hard time IDing

So i have found this token, I have found, 3 similar on line to the one I found, yet have not found this identical one. i know these Tokens can get valuable, any thought and idea welcome.

Very nice find. I found one the other day too. Says no cash value like yours but has a clown face on the other side. Looked it up on eBay and someone is selling one like mine for a dollar. Yours could be more collectable though.
