Hello Tim Helms. I believe these are tokens that you could get made personally for yourself at tourist locations, fairs, arcades etc. I am guessing 1950's and 60's. I don't know much about them but have found a few in much worse shape than yours. Nice find. C9

follow up,a guy messaged me and ask if it was found south of charlotte nc.i said yea he said it belonged to a klansman in waxhaw in the early 70s.how he knew i d k.
