Took my kids and their friends to the park for an hour or so. Of course I was not finding too much in this old pounded park, but right before we left, I got a trashy/good signal. I dug down 9" and out popped a sardine can key twist opener. I went over the hole again and got a nice silver dime reading. In the next scoop a 1956D Roosevelt came out. Earlier, I got a screw cap/penny reading and found a nice pin that had no mark, but came 6" out of the ground nice and shinny! It might be silver or perhaps gold, it didn't have a marking. Thanks for looking!!

Future Farmers of America pin. Not sure about the alloy, but it's a fun find.
