After some personal things to clear up, I took my new Cibola out today. It was very warm and a spur of the moment hunt. DigginGirl and I went to her school. I didn't find much there, as I have hunted it several times with my Garrett. I did manage 3 quarters, 4 dimes and a few pennies, though. I'm sure these are coins that I missed before. So we went to another school that we knew of. This one we haven't hunted since the fall of last year. Coins came, and came......I found almost $9.00 in the chips and surrounding areas. This lightweight detector seems to purr when it locates something. The depth is more than I'm used to, and I kept looking at the graph for an ID. I still have a lot to learn, but I think I will like this machine.
Better than a Ace250?? Probably, but at the moment I'm really happy with the Tesoro.
