All Came Back up Within seconds of Downloading


But Surrounding Me

Over 1,000 homes are without power Sunday after storms rolled through.


According to PPL, as of 6:10pm, 1,487 are without power in parts of Schuylkill County.

The follow municipalities are reporting outages
- Tremont - 1,115 homes
- Pine Grove Township - 227 homes
- Porter Township - 103 homes
- Butler Township - 26 homes
- Washington Township - 16 homes

As of this writing, PPL is reporting power will be restored by Midnight.

Yeea I'm 19 Mile South of Ashland. 11 Mile as the Bird Flies

The storm passed north of us by at least 25 air miles, but I heard several LOUD thunderclaps. I would have hated to be under that burst!

I Think My feet Left The Ground During the Big one
It Struck in Front of the House, But apparently Only Struck the Air.
No Damage.

Just Light Like a Camera Flash & Sound Like Dynamite Instantaneously,
And Immediate Darkness after as everything shut down.

I Gotta Admit, it was Enjoyable

Old school lightning detector, no batteries required. When you feel the hairs on your arms standing up from static you need to be somewhere else about two minutes ago. And Jeff put those dowsing rods down!! Get inside and make sure you got enough coffee brewed if the power goes off! Screw the food in the freezer save the coffee!!
