Hey everyone, I picked up a "New Old Stock" XLT over an SST from a local coin dealer I know on the advice of a detectorist who told me he is also a detector instructor (he owns a prospecting equipment manufacturing company here in So. Cal, I bought my sluice from him), I've read the manual & watched the video many times but I can't seem to get the VCO to stay on, any tips? I've heard you have to have all discrimination turned off.

VCO audio is a pinpoint all-metal mode feature........

VCO audio only works in the trigger operated pinpoint mode, with trigger pulled back toward you.

run it in the preset modes ,and get use to it before making a lot of changes to it.
