Hit a few cellar holes, but the ground was pretty tough and much more frozen than I thought it would be. Some spots were diggable and managed to dig a few tones. Best one was nothing more than a ball of metal and had no idea what it was until I started cleaning it when I was home. Nice little gold guilted button a little bigger than a pencil eraser. Anyone have a clue to the mark on the backside of the flat button? Thaw coming this week, so hopefully the ground will loosen it's grip on those old relics.

Cool buttons and relics I would love to dig some cellar holes Someday lol Well done

Nice recoveries with the buttons. I tried hunting a cellar hole in the W PA woods on Sunday afternoon, beautiful sunny 50 degrees day, but about 4” of permafrost still in most areas. Didn’t break my shovel, but came close...

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Nice finds, congrats!!

Congratualtions on the cool relics and very nice buttons! :occasion14:
