TOWcritters' new foundations

I found 2 new foundations to add to my little site. 1st pic is the trail from the main house to the 2 new foundations. 2 & 3 are the new foundations. 4 & 5 are a clearing right in the middle of the sight where there is only grass. No stickers or shrubs or any kind of undergrowth. Any sugestions on what it could be? I got some mixed signals but the ground hasn't thawed out enough to dig. Maybe tomorrow..

sound's like you found an old home stead with out building's to boot, you'll be finding stuff there!! HH

AHve to agree..looks like it could be an old homestead...spend some time in the middle of the foundations...one of them could have been a chicken coop...well known place of hiding $$

It's part of a mill that I have dated back to about 177? It has quite a few old foundations around it. Looks to be a house, smoke house, mill building with raceway and I think maybe 2 or 3 slave quarters way down near the end of the site. I haven't found any coins yet. But there's a whole lot of other stuff. I've just started going over it.
