Went to a new spot today that looked very promising. The property had a falling down log cabin with a stream nearby. After several hours, all I had to show for my time was trash, including old beer cans and shotgun hulls. I decided to pack it in and headed toward my truck. 20 feet from the truck I get a deep high tone and almost passed it up, but decided to go ahead and dig it. About ten inches down, out pops this shoe buckle, minus the tongue. Goes to show you, never pass up a signal. Now I’ve got to go back....[emoji4]

Thanks Tommy, and you’re absolutely right. I found my CS buckle on my way back to my truck after an otherwise disappointing hunt. You never know....
