Treasure Hunting Van on I95S (North Florida)

On my way today from Jacksonville to Winter Springs, I rolled up on a Van that was obviously out looking for some treasure! I waved and lifted up my Excalibur which was next to me as I passed.

NY plates yes. They had four PVC pipes on the bumper with 3 scoops. Then there is a plastic container.......probably contains Gasparillas treasure.........either that or the decoded beale papers......
