Went out to Treasure Island yesterday morning. Wasn't expecting to find much but it was a beautiful day and I needed the serenity of the oceanfront to help with my nerves. Hunted all over for four hours, probably covered at least a couple of miles. I did manage to find silver; although, it only weighs 0.05mg. So if anybody is thinking about heading out there it is absolutely beautiful but don't expect to hit a lot of great targets. I am keeping the antique tent stake...thought that was kinda neat.

Hey I found the other matching tent stake out there a month ago.

Those led lights work awesome. They have a magnet built in them to use it hands free. Dont know where treasure island is but i have read the story many times. Congrats on the nerve releaving hunt.

It was funny how many people used to say ............ if i could get way out there id find a lot of gold people couldnt get to. Now that renurishment has been done to a lot of those beaches....... people now knows whats out there lol.

Sounds like you had a very nice relaxing scenic hunt.

I hit TI today and dug about 2 bucks in change and an old crusted earring.

Not a single pull tab. Maybe you got them all!
