Treasure not found ???

Hello I’m very curious I’m looking for a good treasure hunt in the U.S and I keep hitting road blocks like some already being found does anyone know a few treasures that’s haven’t been found yet

This is a book that was printed in the 80's I think and the author buried boxes with key's and if you found one you contact his estate and you are given a jewel, some have already been solved. The Secret Book by Sean Kelly and Ted Mann, A treasure book it has been on that TV show Expedition Unknown with Josh Gates, it can give you something to figure out on rainy days.
