Well, I manned up today and put in some real work and it got me a few nice finds. There is only one spot on this property I haven't hit, the side yard.
4 years ago the neighbor had a new roof put on and there are aluminum nails covering the first 3 inches of soil. I can usually only stand it for about 15-20 mins in this area because the nails come up as coins and digging nails gets tiring. I wanted to know what was in there ground under the nails. I put on the 5" DD sniper coil for my T2 SE and got to work. I FORCED myself to dig EVERY damn signal until I cleared out some of the nails. After the nails started to thin out, some of the stuff 5" - 7" down that was being masked by nails started to pop up. Here is what I got before I was just too tired from digging nothing but nails for 2 hours previous and called it a day. I'll be back there soon and I'm sure more will pop up as I slowly strip away the layers of nails. Post some cleaned up pics later..: CLICK for bigger/better detail
