The ground played a trick on me today. Didn’t have time to go to a permission today so went to an old school close to me instead. Popped these two quarters sandwiched together and thought I was getting lucky with one of them. Canadian quarters from 65-68 with that effigy were still silver. The quarter showed really bright. Eventually I got the back clean enough the tarnish set me right but it had me going. Turned out to be a ‘69 😠. The other quarter was a ‘67 US.
