I'm headed to the Miami area (Coconut Grove) on business next week. May be able to get in a little beach hunting Tuesday and Wednesday. Any suggestions for local beaches? Should I bring my DFX or Surf PI Pro? Anything that I need to be aware of? I.E. jellyfish, safe vs. not so safe areas, local customs, weather or social unrest? Anyone in the area want to meet up for a hunt?
Thanks for any advise you can throw my way.

You might want to try the semi-famous South Beach. It's along the southernmost part of Miami Beach, Ocean Drive from about 14th Street down to Government Cut. Lots of eye candy, and the cops make sure it stays safe.

Hey CAL,

I was stationed down there for a number of years. South Beach is the best place. Most people visit this area more than any other. Always good to have a partner with ya, never search alone, especially at night. Very risky. HH and best of luck.

Thanks for the recomendation guys. I've heard lots of gooood things about South Beach. :love10:
