TROPHY ROCK OR HEAD ROCK???

NEED HELP:

THIS SEEM TO ME A TROPHY ROCK. ITS UPPER PORTION LOOKS LIKE A HEAD OF AN ANIMAL (PIC2) AND IS SOMEWHAT 'LOOKING TO A ROCK WITH AN 'X' AND 'I'.

I WILL APPPRECIATE YOUR INPUTS ON THIS. THANKS....

Second pic looks somewhat like a turtle to me. Follow direction of nose an look for more sign.
Don't count on it as I am an ametuer baseing my commentar on obsservations in thes fourm.
Don't discount X as it may be pointer also.

Actually,original position of pic 1 is facing the ground and so if i were going to follow where it's looking at, it's an 'x marks the spot"sign.

Its not an X mark to me, it looks like just a slash ( distance) and the other lookd natural
