Spent an hour at the beach after Tropical Storm Beryl and found a lot of pennies. No big finds, but it was fun anyways. The smashed lead piece is interesting. Don't know what it was. Doesn't look like a sinker... Bullet???

- 32 Pennies, 3 Dimes, 1 Nickle
- Dog Tag
- Brass Loop
- Modern Bullet
- Mystery Lead Piece???

Great idea, to go for a hunt after a storm! If you spent more time there, I bet you would have found something special!Nice clear pics you got there also. It's always fun to go out on a hunt, even if you don't find silver or gold...:) HH

You did good there Black Skull, I was thinking yesterday after watching the news that I should head on down the I-95 for a few days of hunting. We haven't had a good storm here in quite some time.
Your lead thing looks like a bail seal. If you have a good look it, it might have some printing or a design on it.
