Trouble with the Super Mini

I have a friend who's having trouble with their Super Mini. They are not impressed with the results. Did a test setting it to output to a regular sluice. Seems they were loosing half the gold. I didn't see it but I wanted to see if anyone has had a problem with theirs.

Sounds like overloading to me, more drop and more water may fix it. The only time I've ever overloaded my prospector is when I did not have enough drop.
How long was it taking to clear the sluice per trowel load? Watching todd run his on youtube it was pretty fast and cleared almost instantly.
