Dave45 I have owned a Troy X 3 for 3 months now, my fifth detector, and have really enjoyed it. It is light weight and very sensitive.

Dave,
My wife and I hunt with shadow x/2s she refuses to use anything else. For our type of hunting which is parks and schoolyards they are good as they wre sensitive to gold . My only problem is Bobbie refuses to use or even try anything else thats why we own 3 of them. I went back to using an x2 last february and will probably will be my primary detector this year. As bobbie says It works I find good stuff why should I change. Good luck in your choices
