My 8 year old found this while we were at an old house place this weekend. It was about 4" deep. I figure it's an old toy but does anyone have a guess to the age? I though maybe 50's. image.webp

ive never seen windshields smaller than door windows...even on a toy...just sayin...I'm looking tho

Never even considered it being the back of a car. Very well could be.

After reevaluating it. It looks to have an open place on the front that looks like a grill was. So. I guess it could be a trunk too.

it's a vintage Wyandotte truck like this one. possibly a moving van like the one pictured, or maybe a tow truck which used the same cab 43a06e1fdf1942fecd616ecd90344298.webp

looking some more, they also used the same cab for an army troop truck, a gasoline tanker, a farm truck, etc. It dates to the late 1930's

That is it. A little older than I thought. Maybe we can find the other half on our next trip.

You can tell it's the front by the shape of the wheel opening.
