TRX Mount for Former SunRay Users

I have been mounting the TRX on my belt, but don't like it. Also, every once in a while I'd find myself reaching for the SunRay that is no longer there. Solved both problems by mounting the TRX on the shaft. Haven't tried it yet...very solid though and shouldn't move around. Additional weight is not very noticeable, but you could always throw it in the pouch if it became an issue. Did not want to mount by the cuff for various reasons.

I'm left-handed so I just put the detector down beside the target and the pin pointer is right there - no reaching or fumbling.

Agreed! I use them for all types of stuff. The mount worked very well. But, the weight was bearable for about 45 minutes and then it wasn't worth any advantages it may have provided. I'm trying something else that puts the TRX in a great position...low and within very easy reach...a more natural position and the weight is on the belt.
