Found this in Charlotte. Any ideas? At first I thought it may have been on a chain as jewelry but there is nothing broke off of it so it could'nt have anything to put the chain through. I had a hard time getting the pics in focus so I rubbed it with a sharpie and printed what it had on the end and I drew what it had on the side.
