My local TS has been GUTTED in the jewelry department since they had a few major sales over the holiday weekend. I've been waiting patiently for them to refill it and so far my patience has been rewarded. Despite it only being filled half way, I managed to pick out a few keepers for under $20.

The pearl bracelet and necklace are both stamped 14K on the clasp. The colorful bracelet is sterling and SCREAMED Easter & spring to me so at just over $2 I had to grab it. The small chain necklace is 10K and the flower pendant came with it is sterling &... no idea what the flower is made of. Flower is stamped 925 LUC. They recognized this piece as having value and priced it high - spent most of the funds on it.
I had been checking EVERY "pearl" necklace and bracelet to come through there and this is the first time I've found any - let alone two! I first spotted the bracelet and recognized the rice pearls/gold spacer design. When I saw the shine on the necklace next, my hopes were high and I struck gold again. Amusingly enough I checked a third one and by that time my head was so high in the clouds I was willing to bet it was real. Glad I didn't - it wasn't.
As fortunate as I am for finding these pieces - I am still slightly disappointed. I know, I know - be thankful for what you found. What bugs me though is that I've found a few of these dainty gold chains now and attached has almost always (save for one instance) been a sterling pendant. Well, I suppose I don't need a gold pendant.. but if they could just donate an 18K men's figaro chain, I'd be happy to pick it up for $15.
