Well my local ARC is open for business. Not many folks are shopping though. They have an occupancy rule and the traffic is one door in and one door out. I bought this side handle silver hard soldier pitcher, just because its a well made piece and was made for an old retailer in London called Harrods. It cost me $8 and change and after I clean it up I may get $35 out of it online. The condition is really nice also. Over in the brick-brack section with all the chotskie stuff where I look closely as thats were ya never know you might find a piece of Lalique or whatever, I see a small thinly constructed silver dish. The patina looked right and I thought that's gotta be the good silver. It's little beat up and sure enough the sterling mark was rather faint and so they miss it and priced it at $1.99. Its a super piece of 62 grams of.925 silver scrap to stash at a bargain price. Into the coffers it'll go, until I take it to my pm buyer and seller, to use in trade for some possible fantastic estate jewelry he had may have acquired, which is priced always at a premium over spot, but with my, buy cheap silver in trade I get some really nice pieces from that guy at not a lot out of pocket money on my end.
