TS silver find

Local thrift store find for $5 144g 925 I cant make out the makers mark to well looks maybe middle eastern? and a tulip or flower at end. Anyone have any idea if I can get more than scrap for them.I was thinking of putting them on etsy.

I would clean them.I normaly let the use of an item decide for me if it would sell better or faster and if it would be worth the effort to clean an item.
