Gave the peanut field a break and spent a couple hours at the turpentine still. Recovered two V nickels 1900,1911 and a 1916 wheaty. Also found what I believe is the eye piece to a telescope or binoculars. Part of a lantern. A copper top to a Talcum powder can. A large brass 410- 12M/M shell casing. Any one recognize the Item lower middle above the eye piece. Looks like it may have come off a small press of some kind. :-\ Thanks for looking.

I honestly do not know what that "mystery item"is. Nice digs you have.

Nice group of relics there!

what's the item above the mystery item? ;)

The whole in it is threaded. At first I thought it was some kind of old air chuck. But it might be a hose connector on some kind of machinery. theres lots of train stuff at this site.

Nice finds, love the V nickel's. Don't you just love the signal that those pesky shotgun
shells give you. You just have to dig them, they sound so much like wheaties.
