Two boxes of halves, only a little silver

Got two more boxes with the below results. I am beginning to wonder if I have about searched this area out as I have been doing it for several years. I remember once about 4 years ago purchasing one box and it was literally half full of 40% halves (no 90% tho and that was strange), but those days are probably gone now. I guess as long as I am finding something I will continue though. Here are my latest gatherings out of another $1000:

90% - 3 (All Kennedys)
40% - 6
Circulated proofs - 0
1974D double die - 1

That's about $23 silver value for just $4.50 face value. I'll take a few dozen days like that a year! Good finds!

It's more than what I have been finding in the boxes I get....There was a surge of silver halves in
my area during the winter. Probably because the older people cashing in their stash to pay the
heating bill. Now you have to be lucky.

Actually 9 pieces of silver from one box is not bad. I can't tell you how many boxes I have been thru that produced nothing and several boxes that have produced maybe 2-4 pieces of silver. It's all good!

Actually it was two boxes, each box is $500, but all I paid for each was face value, so I can't complain.
