founded in 1993 to attract the metal detectorists in and around Yorkshire known as Wharedale and Airedale, they also attract detectorists who reside in the Pendle district of Lancaster as they are the only club now serving the areaclose to county boundery.

Is there anyone near Otley or Ilkley? I'm living on a farm at Dob Park, about three miles from Otley, and am looking for some contacts to learn about the region and the laws.

Hey Im from Addingham and had no idea this club even existed, ive just registered and it was a shock to addingham mentioned on a global website but it Wharfedale and Airedale not Wharedale so anyone else who lives in the region and who is interested in doing some research e-mail me at strud_da_stud@hotmail.com
