'grats on the Indian! Eh, we all slip and scratch sometimes. :laughing7:

Awesome! Congrats on your two "firsts"! Awesome feeling isn't it!

Thanks everyone. Yeah it was definitely a pretty awesome feeling. I don't think I quit looking at it all day.. Haha.

It really surprised me because I knew this house was old (1909) but I hadn't been getting anything older that 1970's change. I got a penny signal, dug it out (less carefully than I should have. Learned that lesson..) looked down and that's when I saw the two branches wrapping around the back of the coin and skipped about two heartbeats! Haha. I didn't expect that AT ALL. I'm very happy to have picked this one up, and learned so many lessons.

Be careful with every target! You never know till you know! Still makes me sick. :-/

Going back today! Hopefully I'll have another one to show you guys! Good luck, everybody!

Congrats on those nice old coin finds! Took me 3 years to find my second indian 1888 penny and it sure is a great feeling. It's like opening up a gift for every hole dug!:headbang::headbang:

Nice find, congrats!
