Two more Liberty "V" Nickels and pair of 1910 Wheats

Spent a very hot morning and afternoon out detecting but I did manage to find a Liberty nickel and a pair of 1910 wheats in the morning before having a break for lunch. After recharging myself, I went out and found another nickel of the same kind and a couple of wheats - this time from the mid to late 40's. Must have been some kids in the area because I found some parts to some toy cars and a couple marbles - also a creepy looking little celluloid baby figure! LOL! Other rusty pieces as well, buckle, shoe cleat, bronze tag (second one), and a couple tokens.

It's been pretty rainy today so I took the day off. First one in many weeks. Planning on getting back to it later this week or the weekend at the latest.

NICE tokens! And be gentle with those V nickels: they are in MUCH better quality than you may think, as it is hard to get a V nickel anymore with full or partial LIBERTY on the headband. I'd suggest using acetone (nail polish remover) applied with a Q-tip, and work in a circular pattern. Once the Q-tip start to get a little dirty, use another one. They're cheap! The coins will be worth the effort.

Really like the variety in your finds. You are demonstrating excellent detector technique and digging skills. Like to read your posts!
