Wife and I were checking a field near our house where we had seen a trio of detectors in the spring. She found two wheats and a memorial before I found a coin. Then it all started to happen. I popped four wheats, a 1890 Indian, a silver 1955 quarter a 1948 dime then a small silver coin came up. I was thinking something old like a trime. My heart was a pounding. Called the wife over to see it come off the ground. Wiped the dirt away only to see Uncle Sam 1957 play money on it. Still it was my fist silver quarter and first two silver day.

Nice! Plenty of field left, too, I'll bet.

Bummer on that play money but you killed it otherwise- Congrats!

Great finds! Congratulations on your silver finds!

Congrats on the great coins!
