Found these yesterday in a local field item on right is heavy brass or bronze thenipple is 2 5/8" long with a 6mm hole all the way through, the base is 1 1/2 " with 3 screw holes
one screw still remains. the screw looks to be in backwards because the holes are recessed.
the one on the left is brass 2 mm thick 2"x2 3/8"x 2 3/4" the hole in the middle of the flower is recessed and 1/4" appears to be cast.
any help will be good.
local says the brass medallion goes on a saddle, and the other piece is a part of the fuse mechanism of a cannon?
