Two very cool artifacts I found today

Found these at a park that I've been to a dozen times before. Goes to show there's always something you missed!

Haven't researched these yet, but they're pretty straightforward. The "Sanitary Plumber" tag appears to be silver-plated copper. It was about 5 inches deep. The Washington, DC Elks pin/medal is marked "15", which I guess is the lodge number?
