Type 2 Parrot Shell Base ??

This is a find from a few weeks back. Just got it back from being cleaned. Ronin cleaned it up for me. Seems to be a type 2 Parrot base. Does anyone know any better? Now, if I could just find a whole one.

I also, found a piece of a 6pd Borman. It is where the fuse threads into the ball. You can see the threads. Thought it was just junk until it took a bath in the electralysis tank(Ronin's). Finding some pieces, but not the whole thing yet.
