Well would you look at this. This hit 69 on the AT Pro. 5 inches down in a field I have pounded over the years. Marked 14k and what appears to be a assay mark of SW inside of an eye. Nugget Pendant. Any ideas of age or who made it? Best find of 2020 for me. Super stoked. 42FB49A8-2E25-44D6-BA5E-F7D3DCACB4BB.webpD33A371F-5095-4DFE-869D-1D62F81775E2.webpC8258CB4-E049-45B9-A2F3-0581899FA7E1.webp1079A986-8221-4494-9950-78660C4A596C.webpF2E73975-6A0D-48DD-8E91-130292DCDB06.webp1D6228B2-8E73-49E8-839D-71051346E9D6.webpD8D73ED0-A8F8-4F8E-8EB2-3A630C12E802.webp

Now that's something you don't see every day! :notworthy:

Good find! Pretty unique... and it's gold. That's good too. haha :icon_thumleft: I noticed you're from NE Ohio! Sent a PM.

Was probably from a pendant that broke it looks like it was soldered at the top. Very cool find.

Gold and shinny my favorite

Next question is, solid or plated? (hopefully the former)

Definitely not plated. The picture does it no justice. I see these on eBay and Etsy. They make these also in a ring style. Very chunky.
