Had to drop off some papers at a co workers house and ended up detecting his yard. Kinda hinted around before at work but all he ever said was that it had been gone over already. Still managed to pull a couple keepers. Two of the wheats where 1929s, pulled same dates on both sides of the house. Still have to research the U.S. pin. image.webpimage.webp

The US pin will be newer enlisted person. Newer meaning probably after WW2. Congrats on the silver.

I found one identical to that is pin last year in a field. Was told it was from Vietnam

Thanks for the info.

The unexpected hunts are the best ones IMO

Nicely done,
I have a co-worker with a home at a hard to get into private beach community. I'm working on permission.
Congrats on a nice hunt

I was in the USAF from 1975 - 1980. They were still in use on dress blues.

I keep an old White's Prizm II in the family van just for those impromptu hunts. Nice finds.
