I bought a load of Virginia Rock and this was one of them caught my eye I can't tell if it's petrified of snakes or roots kind of leaning towards roots ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1494640707.423346.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1494640819.430514.webp

it ain't snakes. Petrified stalks - whether crinoid (animal) or vegetable. But I'd go crinoid because they are segmented.
