Hit a spot I hadn’t been to in a while today and decided to try an area I hadn’t checked much. Found a fire pit area and dug Sharps, Spencer and Burnside Carbine bullets along with some melted ones. Also found an eagle button, an officers cuff button and half of a Cavalry bit with the US bit boss still attached. It was a good day....

Thank you!

I’m not sure, it seems pretty stable as it is and I don’t want to change the color on the brass.

Anybody know what electrolysis would do to the bit boss?

Awesome hunt & saves, bit is the coolest, congratulations on all
