Unique silver ware... what is your neatest find?

The came from the neighbors yard I posted about in my other post... it is the neatest piece I have found yet... not sure of its origin and date but its different looking... on the back it says Pat. Applied for Coin Silver Plate... thought I'd share it with you all...

my neatest silverware find was a medicine spoon found very near to a light green medicine bottle neck.
note how the handle is bent to help retain it when giving out medicine.
