Unique to my area in north central Texas, what do you think it is?

Typically we find arrow heads, scrapers and fossils on my ranch in north central Texas. My girlfriend came home with this unique looking piece. In 16 years on my place I have never seen anything that looks like this. The 2 pictures are front and back. Any thoughts on what this might be, or is it just a natural occurring stone?

I’d say natural. Softer material eroded out of the holes. It’s called an “Omar”.
