Unknown Brass Object

I found this brass object over a foot down with my AT Pro (when I had the large coil on it last year).
I was cleaning up some old finds, and saw this again.
Does anyone have any idea what this thing is?
It is pretty heavy for it's size (91.4 grams).

It has no threading on either side.

Here are two more pictures top vs bottom (well I have no idea what is top and what is bottom, lets just say opposite sides):

1.5" in diameter and about 1.5" tall.
