Antique tire valve stem cover is correct. The filenames on the accompanying photos tell what they are.

Based on the on-the-wheel photo, all I can tell you is that I think yours MIGHT be from a Model-T Ford. Sorry, I do not have individual photos to specifically ID each variety. You'll have to do your own research at antique car parts websites for that.
