Unknown Cavalry Hat Pin Civil War?? GAR?

Picked this up this past weekend. I've had plenty of insignias but none with sabres within a wreath. Has anyone seen this before? I got it along in a group of GAR and UCV (confederate) stuff that had just come out of a house.

I found several of those wreaths but I couldn't find your exact one. The reason I presented this one is because it has the two bars on it like yours. Most of them I found had just one bar and they said UCV or GAR. I think you have a reunion piece but I wouldn't guess as to which side had it.
