Can we get a better look at the screw threads and heads? Also more specific size reference...

Any indication wear on the relic? What else was found with it?

What you have is called a "sole plate". It comes off the bottom of a golf club. In this case it is off a three wood, or brassie as they used to be called. From the design of the plate I would say it is off a department store golf club as compared to a pro shop golf club.
