✅ SOLVED Unknown Metal Item

I'm posting pics of an item I found while metal detecting around a park. I'm not sure what type of metal it is: It's not magnetic and it's fairly heavy (came up in the low 80s on my metal detector). It's clearly modern, so I'm more curious as to its purpose than anything. The spikes on the bottom almost look like they are made for digging into the dirt, so I'm wondering if this is some type of ground marker?
