Found this in the Atlantic Beach area. I believe it's stone, non-magnetic. Rounded places fit thumb and index finger. You can see day light through the small hole at the left end. What is it?

It's 2-1/4" long x 1-1/2" high x 1/2" thick and weighs about 4 oz.
